Noisegrind is grindcore pushed to near-formlessness — ultra-short, chaotic blasts of distorted riffing, screamed vocals, and blast beats with melody and structure stripped away entirely. Boston’s Anal Cunt were the definitive act, often recording songs mere seconds long amid walls of feedback and noise. The style prizes shock, brevity, and abrasiveness over musicianship. It sits at the harshest, most confrontational edge of grind.
