MD.45 was an American heavy metal / punk rock band formed as a side project by Megadeth guitarist/vocalist Dave Mustaine and Fear vocalist Lee Ving. Bassist Kelly LeMieux and drummer Jimmy DeGrasso rounded out the band's lineup.
