Lord Vigo ist eine 2014 gegründete Metal-Band. Die Musik der Band aus Landstuhl greift insbesondere Einflüsse aus dem Epic Doom, dem Doom Metal, dem Progressive Rock und der New Wave of British Heavy Metal der 1980er-Jahre auf, in dem Bestreben möglichst ausgeprägter klanglicher Authentizität. Als charakteristisch gilt dabei die Verwendung von popkulturellen Verweisen. Prägnant hierfür sind Bezüge zu Horror- und Science-Fiction-Filmen der 1980er- und frühen 1990er-Jahre sowie ein auf diesen Zeitraum bezogenes Streben nach musikalischer und kultureller Authentizität.
