Lapin Helvetti on oululainen thrash metal -yhtye, jonka Läjä Äijälä perusti loppuvuonna 2016 hajottamansa Terveet Kädet -yhtyeen tilalle. Yhtye aloitti soittamalla Terveiden Käsien julkaisematta jääneelle Minun vereni -albumille nauhoitettuja kappaleita vaihtoehtoisella otteella. Yhtyeen musiikissa on vivahteita myös metallimusiikista sekä yhtyeistä kuten Slayer, Discharge, Motörhead ja Venom. Yhtyeen nimi tulee Muoniossa sijaitsevasta saman nimisestä rotkojärvestä.
